unreliable shuttle limited menu
the advertised shuttle service was unreliable i waited over an hour one evening it meant i missed my reservation at a nearby restaurant. the room service menu was also limited the options did not change it was annoying to see the same few items every day. i think there needs to be more variety and better timing with the shuttle.

Acceptable Stay Lacked Some Comfort
firm bed high price
The bed was too firm for my liking. I found checkout unnecessarily rushed. Staff contacted my room at 8 AM to pressure me. This was not a pleasant way to end my stay. Drinks at the hotel are overpriced a coffee and a cappuccino totalled 9 euros.

satisfactory villa stay
attentive staff excellent restaurant older villa lack of sun
the staff were attentive. they were cute, too. the restaurant, blue ginger, was excellent. a shuttle service was offered. it was helpful because the hotel is on a steep hill.
the villas are older. they are a bit run down also. the biggest issue was literally having no sun on our deck or pool. this occurred the entire time we were there, and every day was sunny and beautiful. it was a disappointment.

spacious villa outdoor pool indoor jacuzzi shuttle service
the two bedroom villa ocean view was very spacious. the outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi were highlights. staff communication via whatsapp was convenient for taxis and room cleaning. regular shuttle service was also available , which i appreciated.

breakfast had many choices , including a thai soup. the convenience of whatsapp ordering for room service was great. supplies in the apartment were priced fairly.

my private villa featured a large infinity pool. there were also two outdoor showers for convenience. an outdoor spa tub added to the villa's appeal.
